I think spring is here! It's the first time I've been out without a coat which is fabulous! I bought this dress in Zara in Paris so I love it a little bit more, I will definitely be taking a pattern off it and making more. 

I went to see Dior and I at the Curzon Cinema in Sheffield which you have to see if you love anything to do with fashion and sewing. It follows Raf Simons creating his first Haute Couture collection (the one with the rooms made of flowers if you remember), we came out feeling very inspired.

Finally found my dream, spring coat. This gorgeous leather number from Zara is going to take my wardrobe nicely into finer weather. It's first outing was to Nottingham Trent University open day where I have a conditional offer for Fashion Promotion and Communication course! It has made me so excited for September, so many opportunities to take.

So here we are with a little nod to the 70's, I'm feeling very fond of it already. I love using the neckerchief for a little colour against the usual monochrome and the trusty fedora is always a winner. 

I'm currently trying to work out my Paris wardrobe for the beginning of March (eep!!), does anyone know what the weather will be doing?

The second snow of year! I suppose it just means even more knitwear and hot chocolate. I'm so happy I bought this giant blanket scarf from Asos. It's so soft and the two tone Khaki is so nice.

It was sale shopping to the rescue for New Year, this playsuit was lurking in a corner of Zara. Chic yet comfortable for dancing. And of course it wouldn't be NYE without a little glitter!

It is certainly a British November, cold and wet. This scarf is so useful for this weather, you can wear it in a million different ways, I love it with this steely grey blazer. I couldn't resist it in the sale and I have the matching trousers from a while back and can't wait to wear the whole suit!

Jeans - Zara Hat - Topshop Bag - Vessos Loafers - Office

I recently discovered the webshop called Vessos. I am always a little unsure of ordering super cheap things and when they take about 2 weeks to come it's quite a drag. But this bag changed my mind, I was expecting a thin bag with printed motif but it is embroidered and quite thick although not real leather but I wasn't expecting it to be. I ordered a top and a sleeveless blazer which I am really excited to wear. 

I am getting really excited for Autumn now, the coloured fur at Asos looks particularly tempting, what are you looking foreword to for Autumn 2014? Tell me in the comments below ↓
